Etonitazepyne has an opioid potency approximately 20 times greater than morphine and is a drug similar in effect to fentanyl and is a strong analgesic. Etonitazepyne acts as an excellent analgesic, causes ephoria, sedation, drowsiness. At high dosages, it can cause respiratory depression, vomiting, up to death.
